July 18, 2025, Shanghai – Professor Peng Chengxin, Dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) KoGuan School of Law, and Professor Keisuke Takeshita, Dean of Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Law, signed the Agreement on the Dual Master's Degree Program between Shanghai Jiao Tong University KoGuan School of Law and Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Law at KoGuan School of Law, representing their respective institutions. The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Wang Yunhai from Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Law, Professor Guo Yanjun (Vice Dean), Professor Yu Gaizhi, Associate Professor Zhang Guobin (Assistant to the Dean), and Ms. Yin Lan (Deputy Director of the International Office) from SJTU KoGuan School of Law.

The agreement aims to further deepen collaboration between the two faculties in cultivating high-level academic talent. The signing of this dual master's degree program marks the opening of a new chapter in talent development cooperation between SJTU KoGuan School of Law and Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Law. Through academic collaboration and resource sharing, both sides will strengthen their in-depth cooperation in legal education and research, thus contributing greater wisdom and strength to the advancement of legal studies.
