On 1st November 2023, the 11th Asia-Pacific M&A Moot Competition was successfully held at Xiamen University. The team from KoGuan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University won the "Best M&A Team Award - Third Place".

The Asia-Pacific M&A Moot Competition is an annual event with wide influence among academics, enterprises and universities in the Asia-Pacific region. Since the competition was first held in 2011, its scale and popularity have been expanding, and it has been successfully held for eleven years until 2023.

This year's Asia-Pacific M&A Moot Competition team from Shanghai Jiao Tong University was coached by Mr Li Junming, the team leader was Xu Qinran, an undergraduate student, and the team members were undergraduate student Bu Yuji, and postgraduate students Peng Yilin, Li Yao, Yang Yi, and Chi Lu.

The team won the third place award for the best M&A team. Team member Chi Lu won the Best Performance Award and Li Yao won the Best Team Member Award.
