On the afternoon of September 20th, the opening ceremony for the 2023 incoming students of the KoGuan School of Law at Shanghai Jiao Tong University was successfully held at the KoGuan Law Building on the Xuhui campus. The event was attended by ZHOU Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, WANG Houji, Minister of the United Front Work Department of the School Party Committee and Secretary of the KoGuan School of Law Party Committee, PENG Chengxin, Dean of the KoGuan School of Law, as well as distinguished guests including QIN Yuemin, a lawyer and part-time master's mentor, DONG Lijie, Deputy Chief Judge of the Administrative Adjudication Division of the Shanghai Higher People's Court and a 2005 graduate of the Law School, YE Bifeng, Chairman of the School Academic Committee and Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, XIE Wei and GUAN Hannan, Deputy Party Secretaries, LI Jian, LIN Xifen, and GUO Yanjun, Vice Deans, HU Jiaxiang, Professor of International Law, YU Gaizhi, Professor of Criminal Law, LIN Yan, Professor of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, HOU Liyang, Professor of Economic Law, young faculty members, teachers from various administrative departments, and all the incoming students of Grade 2023.
