
On November 14th, Professor Sophia Lee, Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School in the United States, and her delegation visited the KoGuan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Peng Chengxin, Dean of the KoGuan School of Law, met with the visiting group. Professor Guo Yanjun and Professor Jiang Hongzhen, Vice Deans; Associate Professor Zhang Guobin, Dean’s Assistant; and Yin Lan, Deputy Director of the International Office, attended the meeting as accompaniment.
During the talks, Peng Chengxin first expressed his gratitude to Sophia Lee for the warm reception and fruitful cooperation she provided when the KoGuan School of Law visited the University of Pennsylvania Law School last June, and further introduced the school-running characteristics, faculty development, and international cooperation and exchanges of the KoGuan School of Law. Lee stated that she was delighted to make this visit, commended the KoGuan School of Law for its achievements in school-running and international cooperation and exchanges, and hoped to further strengthen cooperation between the two law schools. Both sides also exchanged views on faculty exchanges, alumni communication, and international legal education. After the talks, Sophia Lee and her delegation visited the KoGuan Law Building and Zhesheng Hall.
