On the afternoon of June 21st, 2023 newly-appointed part-time tutors of KoGuan School of Law gathered at the KoGuan Building to attend the special seminar on "Rule of Law in Foreign-related Matters and Practical Teaching Talent Cultivation" and the appointment ceremony. The cultivation of high-level foreign-related legal talents and practical legal teaching talents has become a hot topic in the field of legal education. More than 40 newly-appointed tutors attended the Seminar. The Dean of KoGuan School of Law, Peng Chengxin, the Vice Deans, Li Jian and Guo Yanjun, and the Assistant Deans, He Juan and Wang Jie, participated in the seminar.

The seminar was divided into two sub-sessions. The first sub-session was hosted by Assistant Dean He Juan and focused on the discussion of "Cultivating High-Level Foreign-Related Legal Practitioners." The second sub-session, hosted by Assistant Dean Wang Jie, focused on the theme of "Cultivating Practical Legal Teaching Talents."

After the seminar, the 2023 Appointment Ceremony was held at the Oriental Hall, followed by a meet-and-greet event anong the tutors and students. The event was attended by the Party Secretary of KoGuan School of Law, Wang Houji, the Deputy Party Secretaries, Xie Wei and Guan Hannan, the Vice Deans, Li Jian and Guo Yanjun, the Assistant Deans, He Juan and Wang Jie, as well as students from Class of 2021.
