KoGuan Law is very pleased to announce that four new faculty members will join us. They are WENG Xiaochuan, QIN Tianbao, DONG Baohua, and WANG Zhiqiang.

WENG Xiaochuan's research focuses on the intersection of business and law, including the role of capital markets supervisor and the functions of modern corporate law legislation. His work has appeared in top international law journals. He was visiting and working at the Center for the Study of Corporate Law in Yale Law School from 2011 to 2012 before joining KoGuan Law. He holds S.J.D., LLM. and Wharton certificate from University of Pennsylvania. He also is alumnus of National University of Singapore and East China University of Political Science and Law.

Professor QIN Tianbao comes to KoGuan Law from Wuhan University. His research and teaching interests include environmental law, ocean law, energy law, etc. He receives his Ph.D. in Law from Wuhan University. He is Adjunct Professor at Ghent University and Universite de Paris-Sud, Paris XI.

Professor DONG Baohua comes to KoGuan Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and is widely regarded as one of labor law authorities in China.

Professor WANG Zhiqiang earned his Ph.D. in Law from Beijing University and LL.M. from Fudan and Yale universities. He comes to KoGuan Law from Fudan University. His research focuses on Chinese legal history and comparative law.
