International students from the LLM Program in Chinese Law，Santa Clara law school students in the summer program and several Chinese LLM students paid a visit to White & Case Shanghai Office on May 26, 2011. John Leary, the managing partner, and Jiong Deng and Cindy Hong, associates of White & Case, kindly hosted students. Mr. Leary made an introduction about the Firm's China practice and shared his 20-year long professional experience with international students. In the Q&A session, students had more opportunities to obtain the first hand information from Jiong and Cindy regarding their practice and career path within White & Case Shanghai Office. The students felt that the event was helpful in shaping their career plan considering the competitive job market in the United States and more opportunities in China and other Asian markets.
