Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• to lead the development of a discipline, construction of the discipline base, interdisciplinary research and internationalization of the discipline, and build a top-notch team;

• to organize applications of important and influential research projects and strive to achieve break-through research results;

• to educate and supervise undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students as required;

• to build an academic team and promote and support young faculty members.

Qualification of Candidates:

• being committed to teaching and academic research and have good academic reputation and impact；

• having published articles or books in presses and/or academic journals of internationally known universities as well as reputed presses and/or academic journals in the field with anonymous peer review process;

• being able to engage in academic communication in a foreign language；

• fulfilling one of the following requirements:

1) member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences;

2) member of the Philosophy and Social Sciences Commission of the Ministry of Education;

3) senior professorship affirmed according to special procedures by well-known national universities;

4) tenured professorship of world-renowned universities or well-known law schools;

5) acknowledged legal scholar of authority.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• to educate and supervise undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students as required;

• to actively apply various research projects and strive to achieve high-quality research results;

• to actively organize and participate in various academic activities and contribute to the rapid development and internationalization of the discipline;

Qualification of Candidates

• being committed to teaching and academic research;

• less than 45 years old when applying;

• being able to engage in academic communication in a foreign language；

• fulfilling one of the following requirements:

1) selected candidate for the National Hundred-Thousand-Ten-Thousands Talent Project (Levels 1 & 2) sponsored by the Ministry of Personnel

2）selected candidate for the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University(NCET) sponsored by the Ministry of Education

3）having published a number of articles in authoritative journals and have both great academic potential and significant academic impact in the relevant research field.
