Professor Ye Bifeng, Executive Vice Dean of KoGuan Law School, was awarded the 2010 University President Award on April 8 during the ceremony of the 114th Anniversary Celebration of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Twelve individuals and collectives have won this year's University President Award. 
 
The University President Award was established in 2002 and issued once a year to those who have made important contributions for the development of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. 
 
The award is not only awarded to Professor Ye for his personal contribution but also to 65 KoGuan teachers and administrators to acknowledge the rapid development of KoGuan Law School since its founding in 2002. Last year, KoGuan was ranked top 10 by China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center under the Ministry of Education.
