University of Wisconsin (Madison) Law School Professor Anuj Desai delivered a lecture titled "The U.S. Constitution and Communications Technology" at KoGuan Law School on April 7. In his lecture, Professor Desai introduced the evolution of U.S. Supreme Court's interpretation of privacy and freedom of expression in light of changing technology.

Professor Desai is an expert on First Amendment of U.S. Constitution, copyright and cyber law. He recently received the U.S. Postal Service award for scholarship on the history of the American postal system for his two articleson therelationship between the history of the Postal Service and the U.S. Constitution.
