Ehud Kamar is a Professor of Law at Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law and the Director of the Tel Aviv University Fischer Center for Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Regulation.  He teaches corporate and securities Law, mergers and acquisitions, and empirical legal studies. Before joining Tel Aviv University, Professor Kamar had been a Professor of Law at the University of Southern California and a Visiting Professor at Harvard University, New York University, and the Hebrew University.  Prior to teaching, he had practiced law in Israel and the United States.  Professor Kamar holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. from the Hebrew University and an LL.M. and a J.S.D. from Columbia University.

Professor Kamar's publications include, among others, articles in the Harvard Law Review, Stanford Law Review, Columbia Law Review, University of Chicago Law Review, and the Journal of Law, Economics & Organization.  He has been an invited speaker at elite universities worldwide, and has been a referee for the Journal of Legal Studies, the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, the Journal of Law, Economics & Organization, the Annual Conference of the American Society for Empirical Legal Studies, the Yale Law Journal, the Harvard Law Review, and the Stanford Law Review.
