The Third China Law Youth Forum will be held in KoGuan Law School

The third China Law Youth Forum will be held in KoGuan Law School on June 13, 2010.  According to the announcement made by the Organizing Committee of the Forum on April 2, 2010, the forum theme is "risk society and legal innovation". The forum will feature three panels, each of which will have three panelists. Panelists will be selected nationwide from applicants. A panelist selected shall in principle not be more than 40 years of age. The Organizing Committee of the Forum will recommend the best written essays for publication in China Legal Science, one of the most authoritative law journals in China.

China Law Youth Forum was co-sponsored by China Law Society, Legal Daily, Renmin University of China Law School and the Legal Information Department of China Law Society. The forum is a high standard and multidisciplinary academic exchange platform for young legal scholars from across the nation. It aims at discovering and cultivating young legal scholars, and promoting the creativity in legal theory, legal institution and rule-of-law practice. The first forum was held in Renmin University of China Law School on December 28th, 2009. The second forum will be held in China University of Political Science and Law on April 17, 2010.
