KoGuan Law School offers innovative international executive education programs (e.g., the new Emory-KoGuan Executive LL.M. Program) that build on the School's academic excellence, cutting-edge research, multidisciplinary resources, and close collaborations with our overseas partners.

KoGuan Law School centers its efforts on the training of legal practitioners and business executives and on the intersection of law and policy. Since 2009 KoGuan Law School's International Executive Programs have provided a forum for legal practitioners and business leaders to come together. We invite you to join us.
 
Mission Statement
KoGuan Law School International Executive Programs seek to create innovative programs built on our distinguished academic resources, our access to the dynamic KoGuan Law School and Shanghai Jiao Tong University environment, and our close collaborations with domestic and overseas partners.
 
Excellence of Faculty and Adjunct Faculty
Our International Executive Programs feature pre-eminent faculty from KoGuan Law School and the broader University including the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, our domestic and overseas partners, as well as practicing attorneys and the judicial, policy-making, and corporate leaders. From the judges who make the decisions, to the scholars who interpret them, to the attorneys and corporate executives who implement them, to the international scholars who bring international experience, KoGuan Law School International Executive Programs are presented by experts who educate and engage you.
