In this speech, he further stated that all myriad thoughts of 1.3+ billion Chinese are derived from Xuan Yuan’s Thought and Dao. Each thought is unique and yet harmonized in diversity. To realize Xuan Yuan’s mission of Da Tong, Prof. Leo has advanced and developed his Xuan Yuan Anti-entropic Operating System 2.0, which has 5 components:

Based on Giving first Taking later principle from Xuan Yuan’s Dao, Prof. Leo’s Xuan Yuan 2.0 is for a unity in diversity of ideas, including the unity in diversity of Xuan Yuan’s Thought and Dao and all Chinese thoughts, as well as the unity of natural science (Dao) and social science (Dao).

Besides, Prof. Xu Bing, Executive Director of KoGuan Center spoke on “Eight Issues on the Studying the Relationship between Yellow Emperor’s Thought and Hundred Schools of Thought in Pre-Qin Period.”

During the two-day conference, delegates focused their discussion on the relationship between the Yellow Emperor’s Thought and hundred schools of thought. Prof. Ni Zhengmao, Researcher of KoGuan Center, examined the Yellow Emperor’s influence on Hanfei’s legal thought by textual analysis of “Yang Quan.” Prof. Karen Turner emphasized that judgment of the legal system of an ancient country should be based on the criteria of that time rather than contemporary standards, and she concluded from the text in The Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons that China has been a country with rule of law since the Yellow Emperor’s reign. Moreover, Prof. You Yu from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, confirmed that the origin of Dao as stated in The Four Canons is consistent with modern information science, as advanced by Prof. Leo in his KQID theory. Other scholars including Prof. Zhang Shaoyu from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, also analyzed how Daojia, Fajia, Rujia, Yijia, Bingjia, YinYangjia were derived from the Yellow Emperor’s Thought.

Huangdi City is located north of the Great Wall and near Loess Plateau. On September 13th, all participants went on a field study of the Huangdi City, and visited the ruins of the Huangdi City, Huangdi Spring (where the Battle of Banquan took place) and the Chinese Hefu Altar.

Xuan Yuan is the first leader elected by the super majority votes by the tribe members that gathered in Zhuolu to form the world’s first political alliance of confederacy form of government, and to establish the first Culture-State China that is inclusive of and tolerant to all tribes, human races, culture and nations.

The stone monument erected and inscription carved below contain the first solemn declaration of the founding of modern Culture-State China in 1 X.Y (4711 years ago), which records that all tribes gathered at Zhuolu and elected by democratic votes their first national leader, Xuan Yuan. They also chose dragon as the national symbol representing Chinese power, creativity and strength. They agreed to establish their first united government with Xuan Yuan as the core, and the first seat of their united government be located in Zhuolu.  Zhuolu then was the first capital of this newly established Culture-State China.
