On November 29, 2009, Zai Gaolin, a lawyer from Delu Law Firm (Korea) Shanghai Office and an alumnus of KoGuan law school, delivered a lecture to 23 members of the Delu Cup Training Camp for Future Elite Lawyers. The lecture is a part of the training schedule.

Before the lecture, Mr. Zai, along with Zhenhua Liu, the office manager of Delu Law Firm, awarded The Best Resume prize to 6 members whose resumes received the highest evaluation.

At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Zai shared with the audience his experience of being a student and a job hunter, inspiring the camp members to hold on to their dreams. He repeatedly emphasized that the dreams must be realized little by little and the one who finally achieved successes has to claw his way through numerous difficulties.

Mr. Zai then discussed in detail why lawyer is a glorious career and how to become an excellent lawyer. He suggested that the most important qualities of a good lawyer include the etiquette, culture, techniques and basic legal instinct.

At the end, Mr. Zai patiently answered the questions from the students with humorous analogies, winning continuing applause.
